What a pilot looks like
A small, low‑risk trial: 1–3 willing high‑school teachers, one assignment cycle, one quarter. We provide the platform, onboarding, and a signed Data Privacy Agreement; the district provides a teacher champion, a class, and privacy‑review sign‑off. One class per teacher, no SIS or grade integration, and all pilot data deleted at the end.
